2020 Job Fairs

CHARLOTTETOWN: Delta Prince Edward, Saturday, March 7, 2020, 10am-2pm  REGISTRATION CLOSED

NORTH SHORE: Kensington High School, Saturday, April 18, 2020, 10am-1pm

REGISTER NOW 

The goal of the Tourism Job Fair is to provide job seekers, students, employers, training institutions and government agencies a central location to network. This event will focus on job seekers and tourism employers who are able to recruit, interview, hire and advertise all in one location. The Tourism Job Fair will be most effective for businesses that are currently recruiting, expecting to recruit in the near future, or those wanting to promote their services to job seekers.

Our intention is to attract potential job seekers of all ages, skills, abilities and educational levels that:

  • desire to work in the Prince Edward Island tourism industry
  • can work flexible hours
  • work part-time and/or full-time

The Job Fair will operate from 10:00am – 1:00pm on Saturday, April 18, 2020. Space is limited, the deadline to be included in advertising is  April 1st.  If you have any questions please contact Debbie Mol at 566-5008 or dmol@tiapei.pe.ca.

CULINARY: Culinary Institute of Canada, Saturday, March 21, 2020, 10am-1pm   REGISTER NOW

The goal of the Culinary Job Fair is to provide job seekers, students, employers, training institutions and government agencies a central location to network. This event will focus on job seekers and kitchen employers who are able to recruit, interview, hire and advertise all in one location. The intent of this job fair is to help bridge the labour gap in the back-of-house roles in the food and beverage sector.

Live demonstrations will be presented hourly at 10:00, 11:00 ad 12:00!

Our intention is to attract potential job seekers of all ages, skills, abilities and educational levels that:

  • desire to work in the Prince Edward Island tourism industry
  • can work flexible hours
  • are available to work the May to October tourism season
  • work part-time and/or full-time
