The PEI BEST Service Excellence program provides you with the tools to become a service professional. Whether your guest is from overseas or down the street, they have expectations that they expect your business to meet. To each customer, YOU are the business! When you meet or exceed customer expectations, you contribute to the growth of your business and your community.


This is a one-day workshop and by the end of this workshop, you will gain the tools necessary to feel confident in dealing with customer complaints. You will learn to view a customer complaint as a positive - only when you have been made aware that there has been a problem do you have the opportunity to fix it and keep that valuable customer returning to your business.

MTEC was pleased to customize and gift the Prince Edward Island BEST Service Excellence Program to the Tourism Industry Association of Prince Edward Island.

Manitoba BEST Service Excellence was first introduced in 1996. Since that time, thousands of Manitobans working in the tourism, retail and hospitality industry have participated in the workshops. Customized workshops have also been developed and delivered for other industries and organizations.
