Culinary Presentations taking place at high schools across PEI

 
Laura Bevan, TIAPEI's HR Advisor and Chef Aaron Ferrill, Chef De Partie, Delta, visit high schools across PEI to present about careers in culinary. The presentation includes a cooking demo from Chef Ferrill and students are encouraged to participate by helping him chop, cook and serve the dish. 

Laura introduces the students to the tourism industry on PEI and then focuses on careers in the culinary industry, She discusses education options for students looking to enter the culinary field and offers guidance on finding a job in the industry.
